The Board of the Suncadia Residential Homeowners Association has determined that it is in the best interest of the Association and the Association’s members, residents, and guests to create standards, policies and registration requirements for owners renting their properties “short-term” (less than 30 days) in order to hold rental owners accountable for ensuring their rental guests are held to the same standards as are homeowners in the community through active enforcement of the existing Suncadia Residential Owner Association’s Governing Rules & Regulations.
